We are very excited to announce that Cassidy Psychology has now become Prosper Health Collective.

Cassidy Psychology started out 5.5 years ago. At the time Cassidy Psychology was a small one room, part time practice, run by our founder Kellie Cassidy.  Over time our practice has grown and allowed us to help more and more people.

Over the past 18 months we have set about becoming very clear on our core purpose and truly understanding what we do and why we do it. That core purpose is the very reason we do what we do, to help people flourish and thrive in their lives.

We decided that it was important for us to have a name that truly reflects that core purpose.

For us healthcare isn’t just about relieving people’s symptoms. We don’t just want to, for example, stop you from feeling depressed. We want to strive to help people flourish, to live the life they want to live and prosper in their life.

And that is how we settled on the name Prosper. Because it encapsulates everything that we strive to do.

As for the Health Collective part of the name, we wanted to find something that was modern, allowed us to move beyond just psychology, reflect our desire to work with others collaboratively and focused on health and wellbeing.

The name Prosper Health Collective captures everything that we value: Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Passion and of course Flourishing.

Values are something that are very important to us at Prosper Health Collective. They are not just words on a page, they are the compass that directs us in every action we take, with our clients, with our referrers and with each other.

What we want everyone to know, is that while we have changed our name, we are still business as usual underneath. The reasons that we do what we do have not changed from the day Kellie opened the business 5.5 years ago. Our plan is to keep doing that. We just feel that now we have a name that reflects our purpose and our beliefs.

We have some exciting times ahead, with lots of plans to continue to help more and more people to prosper, and we look forward to sharing them with you.
