At Prosper Health Collective we provide developmental services with children and adolescents with disability. Speech therapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychology services can all support people living with disbaility to thrive in their lives.The team are experienced in working with children with disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay, Fragile X and other chromosomal disorders.Therapy services involves the provision of specialised services to maximise children’s participation in their chosen family, school and community activities.
  • Support to manage worry or fear, build coping strategies, and improve daily functioning.
  • Support to understand, express, and manage emotions in healthy and adaptive ways.
  • Support to manage impulses, follow routines, and respond to challenges with appropriate behaviours.
  • Support to develop skills for understanding and using verbal and non-verbal communication in social interactions.
  • Support to address learning, attention, behaviour, or emotional challenges that affect school participation and success.
  • Guidance to strengthen parenting strategies, manage challenging behaviours, and support child development.
  • Support to build independence in everyday activities like self-care, routines, and organisation.
  • Support to process emotions linked to a new diagnosis or ongoing disability, and adjust to changes in identity and daily life.
  • Comprehensive assessments to understand strengths and needs, guide diagnoses, and inform tailored support plans.

Funding

Funding options available include NDIS, Medicare and Private Funding.

We are able to see clients that are self managed under NDIS or via subcontracting arrangements with other service providers.

Prosper Health Collective partner with WizeTherapy to provide psychological services to their clients.
