My name is Elizabeth and I am a registered Psychologist at Prosper Health Collective. I value working with people of all ages, and supporting them through different seasons in their lives. Some of my therapeutic interests include supporting individuals who experience mood difficulties, trauma, or disordered eating.
My goal is to help you meet yours, and to be part of your recovery journey is my privilege. In my work, I find interventions best suited to my clients’ needs and tailor them to the individual. I draw from a pool of several therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Emotions-Focused Therapy.
