Ms Pek Lee

Psychologist

People often come to therapy seeking change, clarity, or simply to feel more like themselves again. I offer a supportive, reflective space where we explore the deeper parts of you – those that can guide healing, open new possibilities, and reconnect you with a fuller sense of who you are and what’s possible in your life and the world around you.

My name is Pek, and I am a Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor at Prosper Health Collective.

I work therapeutically with both adults and children, offering a warm, collaborative space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

With adults, I support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic pain, and relationship issues—often exploring what lies beneath these labels. I hold a deep trust in each person’s innate capacity to heal, listening closely to your experience, moving at your pace, and offering guidance when needed. My approach is flexible and evidence-based, informed by Hakomi psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, person-centred and interpersonal therapies, and integrated with strategies from cognitive behavioural and acceptance and commitment therapy.

More about Pek

I also have over 15 years’ experience working with young children (from 3 years) and their families. My approach is child-centred and family-oriented, drawing on the natural wisdom and healing capacities children hold when offered the right environment. I use Child Centred Play Therapy (CCPT), an evidence-based, developmentally appropriate approach that supports children experiencing mood, anxiety, trauma, behavioural challenges, and ADHD. As a depth psychotherapy, CCPT can also be helpful across a wide range of other difficulties. If you’re wondering whether this approach is a good fit for your child, I welcome you to reach out.
